Jan 06, 2017 · The elgato however should be handling the audio processing for your capture (I’m assuming you are using a Elgato software or something – it may even be that obs and stuff use the elgato’s processing chip, i don’t know). So it seems to me that the issue may be the elgato. Also, and this may sound stupid, have you tried using a different usb port.

My suspect to this problem is that this problem only happens in 60 fps recording and the 30 fps recording has no problem at all. Why? because most recording tools doesn’t match the 60 fps of video and sample rate of audio and Elgato maybe missed this problem and haven’t yet fixed it.

If you plugged the HDMI into your laptop: you are good to go – you can start recording or streaming as normal and all audio and video can be viewed through OBS Studio. Apr 02, 2019 · Delay, etc. The one you need to look at is Audio Monitoring, and next to your Elgato device, you need to turn it on to “Monitor and Output” so that you can hear the Elgato audio on your end as well! If you are not seeing the Elgato Audio Bar in Streamlabs OBS under the word Mixer, then try unplugging your Elgato, and plugging it back in again.
